Once you place an order, we meticulously inspect each product to ensure that it meets our stringent quality standards. This ensures that you receive a product free from any defects or damage. After passing this quality check, your items are securely packaged in sturdy materials designed to prevent any damage during transit. We then hand over the package to our trusted logistics partners, who ensure a smooth and timely delivery.
In the rare event that you notice any issue with the product upon receiving it, such as damage to the packaging or the product itself, we encourage you to reach out to our customer service team immediately. Our goal is to ensure that any such issue is resolved quickly, whether it involves a return, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Shipping Overview
Kritosh Fragrances ships across India using trusted logistics partners including Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post. All fragrance products are carefully packaged to prevent breakage or leakage during transit. We are committed to delivering your order safely and on time.
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding national public holidays. Order processing begins once payment is successfully verified.

Order Processing

Quality Check & Packaging
Each fragrance is inspected, wrapped in protective packaging, and securely sealed within 1 – 2 business days.
Dispatch & Tracking
Your order is handed to our courier partner. A tracking number is sent to your registered email and mobile number.
Delivery
The courier will attempt delivery at your shipping address. Ensure someone is available to receive the package.

Shipping Restrictions
Currently, Kritosh Fragrances ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders
We take utmost care in packaging. However, if you receive a damaged, lost, or incorrect item, please follow the steps below within 48 hours of delivery:

Keep the original box, wrapping, and product for inspection purposes.
Photograph the damage
Take clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the damaged/incorrect product.

We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund within 5 – 7 business days of claim submission.
Cash on Delivery (COD)

Address Changes & Order Modifications
If you need to update your shipping address or make changes to your order, please contact us at contact@kritosh.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
Kritosh Fragrances is not responsible for failed deliveries or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer.
