Overview

Kritosh Fragrances is committed to providing a premium fragrance experience. We understand that purchasing perfumes online can be challenging, which is why we have designed this policy to be transparent, fair, and fully compliant with Google Merchant Center requirements.

This policy applies to all purchases made through our official website, authorized online stores, and Google Shopping listings.

 

Items Eligible for Return

You may return an item within 7 days of the delivery date if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused and in its original, factory-sealed condition
  • The product is in its original packaging, including box, wrapping, and all accessories
  • The product has not been opened, sprayed, or tested
  • The original receipt or proof of purchase is provided
  • The return request is initiated within the 7-day window from the delivery date

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used fragrances of any size
  • Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
  • Gift sets that have been unsealed or partially used
  • Personalized or custom-engraved products
  • Sale items, clearance items, or products purchased with a discount code exceeding 20%
  • Items purchased as part of a bundle where the bundle has been partially opened
  • Digital products or e-gift cards
  • Sample vials and travel-size testers

 

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact UsEmail contact@kritosh.com or call our customer care within 7 days of delivery. Include your Order ID, product name, reason for return, and photographs of the product and packaging.
Step 2: Receive AuthorizationOur team will review your request within 2 business days. If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Step 3: Ship the ProductPack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to our return address. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
Step 4: Inspection & ApprovalOnce received, our quality team will inspect the product within 2–3 business days. You will be notified of the inspection outcome via email.
Step 5: Refund or ExchangeUpon approval, your refund or exchange will be processed as per the terms outlined in Section 4.

 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or damaged in transit).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Kritosh Fragrances is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Our return address will be provided in the RMA email. Do not ship returns without an approved RMA number.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed using one of the following methods, in accordance with Google Merchant Center guidelines:

Note: Refund timelines are subject to the processing times of your bank or payment provider. Kritosh  will initiate the refund within the stated timeframe after inspection approval.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items with obvious signs of use that were still accepted as a special exception
  • Promotional or discounted items returned without all original accessories
  • Returns initiated after the 7-day window but within 14 days, at management's discretion

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for eligible products under the following conditions:

  • Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery
  • The product must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns (unused, sealed, original packaging)
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the replacement product is of higher value, the customer will be charged the price difference
  • If the replacement is of lower value, the difference will be issued as store credit
  • Each order is eligible for one exchange only
  • Shipping charges for exchanged items will be borne by the customer, unless the exchange is due to our error

Damaged or Defective Products

We take quality seriously. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kritoshfragrances.com
  • Provide your Order ID, clear photographs of the damaged/defective item and packaging, and a description of the issue
  • We will arrange a free pickup and ship a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a full refund
  • Kritosh Fragrances reserves the right to verify claims before processing replacements or refunds
  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper storage is not covered

 

 Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions

  • Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing the order, before the order is dispatched
  • To cancel, contact us immediately at contact@kritosh.comwith your Order ID
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled; the return process must be followed instead
  • Full refunds are issued for successfully cancelled orders within 3–5 business days
