Kritosh Fragrances is committed to providing a premium fragrance experience. We understand that purchasing perfumes online can be challenging, which is why we have designed this policy to be transparent, fair, and fully compliant with Google Merchant Center requirements.
This policy applies to all purchases made through our official website, authorized online stores, and Google Shopping listings.
You may return an item within 7 days of the delivery date if ALL of the following conditions are met:
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
| Step 1: Contact Us | Email contact@kritosh.com or call our customer care within 7 days of delivery. Include your Order ID, product name, reason for return, and photographs of the product and packaging. |
| Step 2: Receive Authorization | Our team will review your request within 2 business days. If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. |
| Step 3: Ship the Product | Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to our return address. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. |
| Step 4: Inspection & Approval | Once received, our quality team will inspect the product within 2–3 business days. You will be notified of the inspection outcome via email. |
| Step 5: Refund or Exchange | Upon approval, your refund or exchange will be processed as per the terms outlined in Section 4. |
Approved refunds will be processed using one of the following methods, in accordance with Google Merchant Center guidelines:
